The service
FeesTrack is a desk app for study libraries and gyms. It covers members, plans, seats, shifts, trainers, invoices, receipts, reports and due reminders. You choose library or gym when the account is set up. The same login can hold both, and each business keeps its own members.
Plans and price
FeesTrack is a subscription. The prices on feestrack.com are the prices: 1 month at ₹299 per month, 3 months at ₹249 per month, and 6 months at ₹199 per month. Every plan includes the full app. There is no separate unlock fee and no hidden charge.
- You can cancel when you want. There is no lock-in after the period you have already paid for.
- A longer plan costs less per month because it is paid for that whole period.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the members you add, the fees you record, and the reminders you send. FeesTrack stores what you enter. Check a receipt before you share it. Staff logins are yours to give and to remove.
Acceptable use
Use the app for a real library or gym. Do not use it to keep data you have no right to store, to send messages a person did not need from you, or to open someone else's account.
The app itself
The FeesTrack name, logo and software stay with FeesTrack. A subscription lets you use them for your business. It does not transfer ownership of the app.
Availability
We work to keep the app available. Maintenance, a phone problem, or a network failure can interrupt it. Keep any record you are required to retain in your own files as well.
