Who this policy is for
FeesTrack is an Android app for study library and gym owners. It is used at the desk to keep members, seats, plans, fees, invoices and reminders in one place. This policy covers the app and the website at feestrack.com.
Information the app stores
The owner account holds the business name, the login, and the contact details saved in settings. For each member the owner adds, the app can store a name, phone number, plan, seat or shift, fee, payment, invoice and renewal date.

How it is used
Records are used to run the library or gym: who has paid, which seat is free, and what is due. Receipts, reports and due reminders are made from those records. A WhatsApp reminder goes out only when the owner sends it. Contact details are used to answer a setup or billing question.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. A member list stays with the business that entered it. A library and a gym on the same login keep their own members.
Who else may process it
The host keeps the app online. If the owner records an online payment, that payment provider processes the transaction. We do not pass member lists to advertisers.
How long it stays
Records stay while the subscription is active, so the desk can look back at fees and receipts. After an account is closed, business data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, except a payment record that has to be kept for accounting.
Your choices
The owner can edit or remove a member inside the app. To correct the account, or to ask for a copy or deletion of the business data, use the phone, email or WhatsApp on feestrack.com.
